Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Please allow between 7-21 business days up to 30 days for your shipment to arrive.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

In the case that there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you. Delays in shipments are provided by third parties, that we cannot control.

We do our best to get your order to you on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume seasons

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout relative to your order volume, size and weight.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on some products in store.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please use this to track your delivery.

Damages

Nique online is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect or Missing Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
